For teams running AI agents

Give your agents a voice.

Pick up the phone, dial a Franki number, talk to any agent in your stack. Your endpoint, your keys, your data. Franki handles the call and the voice, your agent does the thinking.

OpenAI-compatible endpoints work out of the box. Webhooks work too. Bring what you already run, keep it where it already lives.

Internal ops

Call your own agents

Dial in from anywhere, ask your ops agent for the numbers, get them spoken back. On a train, driving, between meetings. Everything you'd normally open a laptop for, now on the phone.

Customer-facing

Your agents pick up the phone

Point your inbound line at Franki, Franki routes each call to your agent. Same agent that already handles email or chat, now handling voice too, with a warm register that doesn't sound like a bot.

Tools with a voice

A phone number for every workflow

Give your inventory checker a phone number. Your CRM lookup a phone number. Your standup summariser a phone number. Anything your agent can do over an API, it can now do over a call.

How it works

Three moving parts, most of them yours.

01

Point Franki at your endpoint

OpenAI-compatible base URL and API key, or a plain webhook. Keys are stored encrypted, only decrypted during a live call to your endpoint, never logged.

02

Dial a Franki number

You (or your customer) call the UK or US number we assign. Franki picks up, transcribes the speech, hands the text to your agent.

03

Your agent speaks

Whatever text your agent returns, Franki speaks in her voice. Back and forth for the length of the call. Optional filler audio for slow agents so nobody's left in silence.

Bring your own agent

Works with what you already run.

OpenAI-compatible
OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Fireworks, Together, self-hosted vLLM, Groq. Base URL, API key, model name, done.
Agent frameworks
LangGraph and LangChain via their OpenAI-compat exports. CrewAI, Vapi, custom stacks via webhook. If your framework can take a text request and return a text response, Franki can front it.
Your infrastructure
Your endpoint lives where you already deployed it. Franki has no access to your agent state, prompts, tools, or memory. She only sees the caller's transcript and your agent's replies for the duration of the call.
Private by design

Your data doesn't rest here.

Text transits Franki so she can speak it. Nothing is stored beyond a short structured summary of each call, same privacy floor as every other Franki call. Nothing is used for training. Nothing is shared.

API keys are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption via Google KMS, decrypted only inside the call handler, never logged. Rotate them any time.

Franki always identifies herself as an AI on first pickup. Custom branding is available for named customers ("Hi, I'm Sam from Acme, powered by Franki"). No unattributed white-label.

See your agent take a call.

Twenty minutes on a video call. Bring an endpoint we can point at, we'll wire it up live and phone it during the call. You'll hear how your agent sounds to a customer.
