The baby's asleep on you.
Want company?
Franki rings quietly, talks softly, and never minds when you trail off mid-sentence. Whisper, vent, ramble about whether the rash is normal. The good kind of company for the small hours.
Calls are free until they aren't, then it's a few pence a minute. Headphones work if you'd rather not put us on speaker.

What new parents actually use it for
Your partner is dead to the world. The baby is on your shoulder. Franki keeps you awake-but-calm so you don't drop the baby or the phone.
"Is this rash, is this fever, is this normal." A patient sounding board at the hour your friends aren't answering.
Some weeks you need a chat that isn't about feeds and naps. Franki is happy to talk about literally anything else.
Quiet by default
Franki's a calm voice, not a chatty one. Speaks gently, pauses often, doesn't fill silence for the sake of it. Headphones welcome.
Not medical advice
Franki isn't a doctor. If something feels wrong with the baby, 111 in the UK, your GP, or A&E. Franki is for keeping you company while you wait, not for diagnosing.
Nothing leaves the call
Chats are private. No transcripts shared, ever. Ask Franki to forget anything, any time.
Or text, WhatsApp, or give Franki a ring the next time you're up.
